If you experience problems when downloading large files, you may want to take the following steps to avoid possible disruptions to the data transfer:

For Learning/Training Documentation: Please visit Teradata Education Network (TEN). TEN is an online learning portal available to customers and others. Most content is reached through purchasing a membership though you can access all types of learning content, both online and classroom, through the site. Also, please visit Teradata Express for various types of evaluation software to download at no cost.
For Applications Software Documentation: This documentation is only available to current members of Teradata@YourService. If you are a member, please login to Teradata@YourService. Under "Documents" select "Information Products" and click on "Teradata Applications." If you are not a member, please go to Teradata@YourService and apply for membership.
For Other Documentation: Please visit both the "Online Publications" and "Print & CD Publications" area of this site. Some documentation is only available in either physical or online/downloadable format. If you are still unable to locate it, submit an inquiry through our Feedback page.
